Coolio Just Said a Bunch of Crazy Stuff
by: James Greene Jr.
Yes, that Coolio. The “Fantastic Voyage” rapper was interviewed last week for The Minnesota Daily and man, the crazy was flowing from his lips like water.
When asked how he liked playing Minneapolis, Coolio suggested he will always treasure the Twin Cities because “the finest bitch” he ever laid his hands on before the age of 35 hailed from the area. The genius behind “Gangsta’s Paradise” also claimed his true vision of paradise would involve seven female servants (one named Tywanita) riding around his house in golf carts, fetching him things like “my [expletive] glass of lemonade.” The real apex here, though, is what Coolio boasted his final profession in life will be: serial killer.
“In my waning years, when it gets to the point I know I’m gonna die, I’m gonna become a serial killer. I’m gonna be a serial killer before I die. I’m going to kill, like, rapists, [expletive] child molesters and [expletive] like that. That’s gonna be my last job.”
If you find that even mildly horrifying, don’t worry; Coolio’s final years won’t be ALL vigilante bloodlust. He also plans to start a church before he dies. I can’t wait to see what the priests wear.
Again I will link the full interview and implore you to give it a read. Rap really needs a figure to descend into Manson-esque madness right now. Let’s hope it’s Coolio, if only as retribution for that bunk he pulled on “Weird Al” all those years ago.
