U2 Show for Berlin Wall Controversy, and Other News

Remember when Sufjan Stevens’ big thing was his 50 states project, where he claimed the audacious task of making an album for every state in America? Of course you do. Well, Stevens just called the whole thing “such a joke.” In fact, he seems a little disheartened with music in general these days. (Paste)
There’s a horse named Radiohead that’s racing in Breeder’s Cup in Arcadia, CA, named, presumably, after the band. And a horse named Wilko won a few years back. (Pitchfork)
No Doubt feels like they’ve been misrepresented in Band Hero (which is an edition of Guitar Hero), and is suing on the terms that they’ve been turned into a “virtual karaoke circus act.” (LA Times)
